How should I cite sources in a web project?

Section 6.81 in the MLA Handbook provides guidance on citing sources in web projects. Generally, you should cite sources in a web project as you would in a regular paper. Use in-text citations in your prose, and create a list of works cited at the end or on a separate page of your project, following the template of core elements. For an example, see the introduction to the MLA’s web publication Digital Pedagogy in the Humanities, a collection of resources for teaching and research.
