Cite a paper presented at a virtual conference the same way you would cite a paper presented at a physical conference. Give the name of the presenter in the Author element, followed by the title of the paper in the Title of Source element. List the name of the conference in the Title of Container element, followed by the date on which the paper was presented. In lieu of a physical location, write “online” in the Location element:
