Dorothy Kelly

Dorothy Kelly is a professor of French and the director of graduate studies in the Romance studies department at Boston University. She writes mainly on nineteenth-century French literature and gender. Her new book, The Living Death of Modernity: Balzac, Baudelaire, Zola, was published in 2021 and is volume 63 in Legenda’s Research Monographs in French Studies series.
